This auction is for a pair of Assembled Aluminium heads made by Procomp. Heads will suit 289, 302, 351W small block Ford engines and all the stroker engines like the 316, 331, 347, 377,383, 393, 408, 418 and the 427w These are the perfect street/strip heads for your small block Ford, perfectly balanced heads for a street/strip engine. Not too big where there is no low end torque and not too small where the engine will make no top end power. Patterned after the popular Edelbrock heads Procomp heads are pressure cast instead of sand cast like most cylinder heads are made. (Including Edelbrock) Pressure casting in turn makes a much stronger, symmetrical, and less porous casting. Everything else being equal a pressure cast head out of the box will outflow a sand cast head.
